While continuing to build and renovate homes, Custom Homes of Great Bay (CHGB) is striving to meet the challenges of the changing times, listen to clients and are taking note of their concerns and interests with enthusiasm. Our company has been a leader in high quality building for over twenty years bringing excellence and integrity to every project. Our continuing commitment to service and quality has earned us a unique place on the Seacoast of New Hampshire. We have earned Builder of the Year twice from our peers. We intend to maintain these qualities while meeting the needs of our clients and the community. The owners of CHGB have over 40 years of combined experience in new construction to include custom homes ranging from $250,000 to $28 million; low and mid-range spec homes; historic restoration of homes both locally and in Marblehead, Mass., the Commercial Wharf and Beacon Hill areas in Boston.
We are active in the local chapter of the National Association of Home Builders. Kim Dalzell served as President for two years at our local chapter. During his term as President, he initiated and organized construction of a spec home for charity, raising $40,000 for two local charities, which constituted the largest single donation each had ever received.
Our flexibility and diversity enables us to customize every aspect of a client's project. As a builder we pride ourselves on the knowledge we've acquired over the years. Our team is inclusive of sub-contractors that we have developed long term relationships with and with whom we maintain a mutual respect. We are respectful and enjoy working with architects, interior designers and various consultants involved in our projects. With every project we learn something new from those involved and the creativity that comes from working together as a team.
