The owners have over 40 years of combined experience in new construction to include custom homes ranging from $250,000 to $28 million; low and mid-range spec homes; historic restoration of homes both locally and in Marblehead, Mass., the Commercial Wharf and Beacon Hill areas in Boston. We are active in the local chapter of the National Association of Home Builders. Kim Dalzell served as President for two years at our local chapter and continues as local and national director. During his term as President, he initiated and organized construction of a spec home for charity, raising $40,000 for two local charities, which constituted the largest single donation each had ever received.
